At Kohanaiki on the Big Island in Hawaii, we are assisting Discovery Land Company with masterplanning and landscape architecture of this 450-acre private resort with a 1.5 mile shoreline. We are providing the overall community vision and assisting Rees Jones with the construction of a new golf course. We are involved in designing a shoreline public park and a new private Beach Club that is nestled among anchialine ponds and beachfront historic sites.
