Community Visioning

VITA provides a Community Visioning document during the pre-development stages that captures the essence of the natural and built environments to be created.  The overall community goals and vision, combined with architectural/landscape design, unique traditions/culture and the project’s business objectives are crafted to create a document that evokes the desired character of the community. Clients use this Vision Document for fund raising, gathering political support, communication/marketing and as a tool to bring the entire development team into the crafting of the community.
